These Terms govern your use of Hinatoro, a software platform for organizing, documenting, and administering giveaways. Please read them before using the services.
Hinatoro provides tools to organize giveaway spots, participant entries, payment-status notes, shared participant leads, and historical publicly verifiable giveaway results. Account access may require approval, an active subscription or license, and page-specific permissions. Availability and features may change with reasonable notice.
If paid access is offered, pricing, billing periods, renewals, cancellation rights, and applicable refund terms should be disclosed before payment. This general website notice does not replace the specific payment terms presented during a purchase.
Hinatoro is a management tool, not the organizer, sponsor, or operator of users’ giveaways. Users are responsible for their own eligibility requirements, official rules, prize descriptions, selection method, fulfillment, taxes, payments, advertising, permissions, and applicable laws. See Giveaway Responsibility.
You may not use the service for unlawful gambling, deceptive promotions, spam, harassment, unwanted tagging, impersonation, fraud, or unauthorized access. Comply with the rules of any social network or third-party platform used with Hinatoro. Respect individuals who ask not to be contacted or tagged.
You retain responsibility for the names, entry lists, details, and other information you submit. Do not upload content you lack rights or a lawful basis to use. Public verification records are independent of Hinatoro; availability and accuracy are not guaranteed. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for RANDOM.ORG, Facebook/Meta, or external giveaway operators.
Keep your credentials confidential. Notify your administrator if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict access to investigate misuse or comply with legal requirements. Backup/export features are provided where available; maintain your own records of essential giveaway rules, entries, and prize fulfillment.
Historical winning numbers are descriptive records—not predictions or advice. Software is provided with reasonable care but may experience errors or interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, results, or suitability for a specific promotion.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, individual users are responsible for giveaways they choose to run through the tools. Nothing in these Terms excludes legal duties that cannot be waived, including applicable privacy, consumer-protection, and data-security obligations of the platform operator. Any legally valid liability limitations require appropriate review for your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms when practices change, with notice where required. This draft is intended for operation from Manitoba, Canada, subject to applicable mandatory laws and rights in other jurisdictions.

This Privacy Policy explains what Hinatoro can collect, store, use, or share when people access the website or appear in its giveaway-related records. Publicly accessible names can still be personal information.
To authenticate accounts, control page access, maintain user-specific giveaways, synchronize workspaces across devices, provide participant-search and tagging tools, honor Do Not Tag requests, verify historical giveaway results, prevent abuse, and administer the service.
Hinatoro uses Supabase for authentication and cloud data, Cloudflare for website hosting and delivery, and browser storage/caches for local sessions and workspaces. Some information may be processed in locations outside your province or country depending on the configured providers and services. Check the providers’ currently applicable terms and project settings for exact regions, access and retention.
Authorized Tag Leads users can view or generate lists from a shared participant pool. Giveaway managers can also see the entries they themselves record in their private workspaces. An administrator can manage identity matching and suppress names from future generated tag lists. A Do Not Tag restriction does not automatically erase historical giveaway verification records.
The Tag Leads interface prioritizes verified activity from the most recent 30 days. That display window is not an automatic deletion policy. Account records, giveaways, historical links, opt-out restrictions, and backups can remain until removed according to operating procedures, legal requirements, or administrator action. A verified deletion policy and schedule should be published before production launch.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of applicable information, subject to legal and technical requirements. You can ask not to be included in tag suggestions; the Do Not Tag function is designed to honor confirmed requests across future imports. Contact details and procedures are on the Contact & Data Requests page.
Hinatoro uses account authentication and role-based access controls; data in Supabase is subject to configured database rules. No internet service can promise absolute security. Do not enter passwords, full card numbers, government IDs, or unnecessary sensitive information into giveaway notes.
See our Cookies & Storage page for the difference between cookies, authentication storage, and offline cache. Third-party verification and social links are governed by the linked sites’ policies.
Material privacy changes should be communicated where required, especially if information is used for new purposes or disclosed to additional parties. For privacy requests, consult Contact & Data Requests.

This notice covers browser cookies and other client-side storage used by Hinatoro. A cookie is not the same as browser local storage or service-worker cache.
The v0.7.33 website files reviewed for this notice did not include a site-owned advertising pixel or optional behavioral-analytics library. This does not certify external provider dashboards, hosting configurations, or future integrations. If optional tracking is introduced, this notice and any required consent choices must be updated before enabling it.
Essential authentication and storage are used to provide requested features. We do not display a pretend opt-in switch for nonessential cookies that the site does not currently control. Where applicable law requires consent for additional tracking, Hinatoro must obtain it before activating that tracking.
You can adjust cookie/storage settings in your browser. Disabling essential storage may prevent login, cloud reconciliation, and saved workspace features from working. Clearing site data can delete unsynced local giveaway edits and saved sessions. Export or sync important work before clearing anything.
When you follow links to RANDOM.ORG, Facebook/Meta, or other external websites, those websites can apply their own tracking and privacy practices. Their storage is not controlled by this notice.

Use this page to request help with your account, privacy rights, inaccurate participant identity records, or removal from tag suggestions.
If you are a giveaway participant who does not want to be included in tagging lists, identify the display name or emoji identity used, the relevant giveaway/source when known, and the request to stop tagging. Administrators can apply a shared Do Not Tag restriction without deleting the original verification record. Requests for access, correction or deletion may require identity verification before records are disclosed or changed.
Send only the information needed to identify the record and describe your request. Never send a password, access token, full financial account number or government identification through an unverified contact channel.
If you believe your information has been handled improperly, ask the operator to review your concern. Applicable regulators may also be available depending on the circumstances and jurisdiction; see the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Add a money bag emoji (💰) to mark that claim as paid in the Participants section below.
Every claim is shown separately in its original order. Payment changes affect only that claim; tags are shared by name.
Emoji tags? If an emoji appears in the list below, update its Facebook tag in the Claim Summary section above to the participant's real name. The original emoji will still be preserved in the Numbered Spot List for the roll.
Blank spots are included through the full draw size, as in Hinatoro.

Import replaces your current workspace after confirmation. If an older backup contains multiple giveaways, only its active giveaway is restored.
This will replace your current workspace with the active giveaway from the selected backup. Export your current workspace first if you want to keep a copy.
This clears only the text in the Claims workspace. Your saved spot list and payment statuses will not change unless you select Update spot list.
This will replace the current Straight Fill giveaway, including its claims and payment statuses. Export a backup first if you need to keep it. Pick Your Spots is unaffected.
This will permanently erase all claims, participants, payment statuses, tags, spot settings, and progress from this device. This cannot be undone without a backup.
